How do I sign up?
The Nutritional Institute Affiliate Program is administered through the iDevAffiliate system. Click HERE to sign up. Using the ‘Sign Up Now’ button you can register for an affiliate account and after submitting the required information, you will be ready to start earning commission.
In order to complete you registration you will be asked to complete your affiliate profile by including your business’ name, PayPal email address (for commission payment purposes), along with basic information such as your address.
Once you have completed this required information, you will be automatically directed to your affiliate account page where there are several options for you to manage your account.
You can add to or edit your profile information, get affiliate marketing materials (to embed links and product images into your own website) and view and download your earning reports.

What’s an affiliate?
If approved as an Nutritional Institute Affiliate, you will have the ability to place banners on your site that will direct shoppers to the online Nutritional Institute Store.
In doing so, you will earn 1.5% commission of any sales from those people who you referred to the website.
There are no membership fees, hidden surcharges or penalty fees. No sales = no gains, it’s really as simple as that.

What is the commission rate that you pay?
We pay a flat 1% commission rate. How much you earn depends on how many of your visitors click on the Nutritional Institute links or banners and on what purchases those visitors make.
Essentially, there is no glass ceiling. The more your site sells, the more you can earn.
How do I know how much commission I’ve earned?
You can access your commission reports, which are updated daily, by visiting the affiliate site on iDevAffiliate. Simply log in and access information on purchases and commissions that you’ve earned.
You can do this as often as you want by clicking on “View/Download Earnings Report” on your affiliate homepage.
Do I earn commissions on returns?
No. If a customer returns a product for a refund, or if credit card charges are reversed due to a dispute or credit card fraud, then your account will be automatically debited for any commission earned for only that transaction.
If I operate more than one site – can I join with both?
Your unique identifier as an affiliate is your email. You can have multiple sites under one Nutritional Institute Affiliate account on one email.
If you want to register more than one email, you will have to log in under both of those emails, access separate reports and receive separate payments of commissions.
How often do I get paid?
We will transfer your earned commission through PayPal on the tenth of every month.
We schedule it after one calendar week from the beginning of the month to ensure that we have ample time to adjust your commission in case of any refund or dispute.
How are orders tracked and credited to my site?
All links from your site to Nutritional Institute contain your unique affiliate ID. Every time a customer visits Nutritional Institute via your site and makes a purchase, your site will be credited.
To make sure that all purchases are tracked correctly, all links on your site must be created using the links and banners available through your affiliate account dashboard.
Will I receive some promotional material to help me selling?
As one of a select group of affiliate members, you will have access to great-looking marketing materials—featuring the latest Nutritional Institute products — to help drive business to your site.
You can download these under the ‘marketing materials’ area of the affiliate dashboard.
As an affiliate member, you have complete control over the design and banner placement on your site, however we would recommend that if you do place Nutritional Institute banners on your website that they do have prominent placement so that visitors can easily find them.
What are my responsibilities as a program member?
As a member of the Nutritional Institute Affiliate Program, you represent an extension of the Nutritional Institute brand. As such, your responsibilities are to:
Ensure that your website contains material that is appropriate for an association with Nutritional Institute – no explicit material, written or graphic.
Create accurate links to the Nutritional Institute Store so we can track your sales and pay you referral fees.
Ensure that your website is well maintained and always available, allowing visitors access to links to the Nutritional Institute Store.
What are Nutritional Institute’s responsibilities?
Nutritional Institute will provide you with the design, tools, and support that you need to establish yourself as an Nutritional Institute Affiliate. We also handle orders, shipping, billing, customer service, and sales reporting — as well as paying your commissions.

The Nutritional Institute affiliate program pays commissions for products we offer for sale through our shopping cart only. Please know we also have several links on our web site to our partner sites where purchases are made on their site and not ours. In these instances, a Nutritional Institute affiliate commission shall not be paid.
